What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to lead our marketing content activities. This individual will be a highly influential member of the Marketing team. In this role, you will need to be a master at absorbing product knowledge, staying current on relevant cloud technology news, paired with creative, innovative thinking to develop copy that informs, engages, and converts our various audience segments. Writing with the WatServ brand, voice and tone in mind, this person must excel at: Conceptualizing on-brand and impactful campaign ideas; Executing on a variety of marketing and advertising campaigns; and, writing for, social, and traditional marketing channels. This person will help inform WatServ’s content, marketing, and brand strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and write all copy for social and digital campaigns, digital advertising (search and display), emails, website content, landing pages, blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, solution briefs, presentation decks, press releases, video scripts, and more.
• Write clear copy tailored to various targets within our defined brand tone of voice.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to develop and manage email automation nurture streams, and modify copy as needed based on performance metrics.
• Create effective, high-impact and compelling web copy that is optimized (SEO) to rank in search engines for competitive priority keywords and drive conversions and user acquisition.
• Develop A/B testing strategies for optimized conversions.

We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to lead and implement an integrated multi-channel digital communication approach, providing strategic direction and executing from conception to delivery. The successful candidate must be intimately knowledgeable of current design practices and trends to be able to combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching creative content. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and maintain the corporate website and landing pages through responsive modern design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This includes applying best practices for UX/UI to design work and adhering to website standards while maintaining brand integrity.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure SEO is implemented effectively.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Cloud and Infrastructure Operations you will be responsible for deploying, managing, maintaining and monitoring private and public cloud environments both internally and for customers. Maintenance and management of these environments will be critical for meeting Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and expectations. You’ll also be involved in managing the internal systems for the company, including email, demo sites, and portals, etc.  and we’ll train you on all of our leading-edge technology.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with networking administration skills and experience working with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Administration, Application Delivery, VMWare Administration and Public Cloud technology.  WatServ is a 24x7x365 Service Provider and so this role may be subject to a rotating shift schedule. Travel to local data centers may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alert and notification management systems and respond accordingly through services records
• Work with internal and external clients to investigate and resolve complex issues related to production level systems in a timely manner
• Optimize the operation of domain-specific systems with a constant focus on uptime and availability
• Track and monitor Cloud environment metrics to determine growth and resource constraints

• Participate in public cloud deployment and management (Identity, Compute, Storage, Containers, Security, Networking, Migration, Windows Virtual Desktop, Serverless Computing, Management and Governance)  
• Manage Citrix VDI Infrastructure and Microsoft Active Directory
• Administration of Exchange, SQL (backups, restores, maintenance) and Microsoft Suite (Apps, E-Mail, Collaboration, Identity and Access Management, threat protection and Endpoint Management)
• Troubleshooting server Hardware issues, vendor management for maintenance

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect, preferably based in Canada / North America, available to work during business hours EDT. Reporting to the Director of Architecture, you will be responsible for designing and executing cloud solutions, leveraging your background working with public clouds (AWS / Azure).

You will assist and advise on all relevant projects that have heavy components in the areas of Global Infrastructure, including the networking and security of that infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, Public Cloud (AWS / Azure) Network topology and connectivity best practices. You will plan, analyze, and design, enterprise-scale cloud solutions. You will be a technical subject matter expert on cloud infrastructure systems. You will apply your technical expertise in cloud offerings to promote innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Cloud solutions
• Conduct architectural analysis and propose optimization of enterprise-wide systems
• Lead technical discussions with senior customer executives that drive decisions and implementation approaches, specifically as it relates to Global Multi-Cloud strategy at the enterprise level
• Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements to establish transformational cloud platform design, whether that be through re-host, re-platform, or re-factor
• Design architectures with AWS / Azure to meet our client’s technical, security and business needs, incorporating both functional and non-functional requirements
• Estimate and outline the solutions needed to implement cloud migrations as well as continued optimized operations
• Provide technical guidance to teams during the deployment and implementation of solutions, not being afraid to get hands on if needed

What You’ll Bring to The Role:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2 years minimum hands-on experience building complex cloud environments on AWS
• Strong Enterprise networking with experience in Global Network infrastructure design delivery of WAN, LAN, and Firewall
• 2+ years of architecture, solution design and implementation of environments run on AWS or across hybrid-cloud environments
• Networking: A strong understanding of VPCs, Firewalls, NACLs, SGs, various Gateways, Load Balancers, etc.
• Strong OS background with skills in Linux/UNIX and Windows
• Foundational capabilities and understanding of Programming languages and scripting
• Experience deploying Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with a range of IT operations, including budgeting, business continuity, data management, disaster recovery, governance, identity, security, and virtualization
• Experience in performing cost analysis in order to justify cloud-related costs to management and balance performance requirements against budget limitation.
• A working knowledge of either/both Microsoft/AWS Cloud Adoption Frameworks and Well Architected Frameworks
• Strong capabilities to design best of breed cloud solutions, including:
  • Planning IP addressing for hybrid implementations
  • Configuring DNS for Hybrid cloud implementations
  • Optimizing Express Route / Direct Connect
  • Connectivity approaches for PaaS services
  • Inbound and outbound internet connectivity
  • Application Delivery considerations: LBs, App Gateways, CloudFront, Global Accelerator, Transit Gateway
  • Zero Trust implementation models
  • Traffic Inspection, IDS/IPS
  • Hybrid Cloud solutions
• Strong communication skills
