Peggie joined WatServ in 2014. With over 35 years of experience in the IT industry, Peggie has deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, GP, SL, CRM and many third-party products. At WatServ, Peggie is responsible for ensuring the success of existing customers, onboarding new customers and managing the company’s Microsoft Dynamics technical support specialists, customer account managers and support ticket response team. Customer satisfaction and retention is her number one priority and she is committed to working with customers in a professional, respectful and open manner.

Dave Lacey is Chief Executive Officer at Cloud Management Services Company WatServ

Dave has been part of the Brookfield family for over a decade. Prior to joining WatServ, Dave was President & CEO of RPS Real Property Solutions. He also previously helped to found three startups in the financial services and technology sectors and he co-managed a $75m FinTech fund while at Dorset Partners and Borealis. Dave serves on various boards, including National Enactus and the Ontario Children’s Wish Foundation. Dave holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and is an MBA graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University.  

Watserv EVP Finance & Operations, Mark Denham

Mark is an experienced finance and operations leader. With proven success in developing and executing organic and acquisitive growth strategies, Mark has worked on a variety of start-up, carve-out and restructuring opportunities. At WatServ, Mark leads Accounting, Finance, HR and Legal, where he believes in building teams that have a deep understanding of the business and enabling collaboration to achieve growth. Prior to joining WatServ, Mark spent more than 15 years working for various Brookfield Business Partners portfolio companies. His career also includes experience as Director of Finance of an Internet start-up and several years at Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton. Mark is a CPA, CA and holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.  

Kazim has spent more than 20 years in IT, amassing expertise in cloud computing design and architecture, agile operating model implementation, cloud infrastructure, security and networking. As WatServ’s head of technology and chief architect, Kazim is responsible for designing the company’s strategic direction and product roadmap, as well as engaging directly with customers to help them achieve their goals using cloud technology. Prior to joining WatServ, Kazim’s past projects included enterprise public cloud migrations, notably delivering the cloud platforms for the 2015 Pan American Games to support games management systems, timing and scoring and technology services for over 50 venues. Kazim recently completed The Innovative Technology Leader program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. 

Watserv SVP, Sales & Marketing, Randy Mizzoni

With over 35 years of experience in IT management and execution delivery, Randy brings visionary leadership to WatServ’s executive team and is responsible for new business development. Prior to joining WatServ, Randy was the Vice President of Business Relationship Management at Brookfield, BCO Services. He has also held positions at IBM Canada and Hewlett Packard Canada. Randy offers extensive knowledge of IT service delivery management, contracting and negotiations, governance and organization building.  

Watserv HR Administrator, Stephanie MacKenzie

With many years of experience working at startups and small to medium enterprises, Stephanie has expertise in providing human resources and office management services. Stephanie joined WatServ in 2018, where she is responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, performance management, compliance and policy and procedure development and implementation. Stephanie has a degree in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University and a diploma in Business Administration. 

Watserv Director, Information Security, Otto Aulicino

Otto brings more than 17 years of experience in information security and cyber security. Passionate about making businesses more secure, he is able to navigate the full spectrum of security domains, including vulnerability management, network security, endpoint security, incident response, penetration testing, and more. Otto joined WatServ in 2018, where he is responsible for developing and implementing the information security program, which includes leading security architecture, security operations, risk management, compliance, assessment and remediations, and awareness and training. He also develops procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise and customer’s communications, systems and assets. Otto holds a wide range of cloud security, information security and IT certifications.

Watserv Director, Marketing, Lauren Kerhoulas

Responsible for leading WatServ’s strategic marketing activities, Lauren joined the company in 2018. Lauren comes from an affiliate Brookfield company where she was responsible for brand management, digital marketing, product development and more. Prior to joining the Brookfield family, Lauren held several marketing and public relations positions over the course of a decade with companies like Xerox, AMI (a multi-media broadcast organization) and Perennial Design (a retail experience firm). In addition to a BA in Communications from Wilfred Laurier University, Lauren has completed certificates in digital, social and interactive marketing. 

Gary Lo

With more than 15 years of experience working with B2B & B2C technology companies, Gary has a strong track record for launching new products and driving growth. As the VP of Product at WatServ, he is responsible for defining and executing the company’s product vision to deliver superior business results for our customers. Prior to joining WatServ, Gary served as Product Director at Trapeze Group, a leading technology provider of people transportation solutions. Before that, he held product and business leadership roles in the telecommunications space at Rogers Communications, Openet (now Amdocs), BlackBerry and Redknee (now Optiva). Gary earned his Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Engineering) from the University of Waterloo.

Watserv VP, Client Success, Numrah Irfan

Numrah joined WatServ in 2019 with the goal of delivering a client success program focused on improving the client experience, achieving value for clients and building lasting relationships. Backed by 12+ years of senior leadership experience, Numrah previously supported the development and implementation of a Customer Success and Experience program for the world’s third largest fintech. She also spent time at Deloitte leading business transformations with a focus on organizational effectiveness, enterprise change and mergers and acquisitions. Numrah has a strong track record of delivering results from strategy design to technical delivery and she is an experienced people leader. Numrah has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph.

Watserv Director, Cloud Services Sales, Paul Barker

With over 30 years of experience in IT sales, sales management and execution delivery, Paul brings industry experience to WatServ and is responsible for new business development. Prior to joining WatServ, Paul was a Client Director at Radiant Communications and a Cloud Market Development Executive at Ingram Micro. He also held positions at Bell Canada, Metafore and Compugen. Paul offers his clients expert advice on a wide array of IT technology including IT infrastructure, cloud, and network.

David Dyson, Director Partnerships at WatServ

With over 25 years of experience in channel and partnership management, Dave joined WatServ in 2021 to forge the future of the company’s partner ecosystem. Previously, Dave gained experience internationally with Samsung and Microsoft, and he has extensive channel knowledge working with customers and partners across enterprise, retail, distribution, SMB and IT solution providers.

Watserv VP, Director, Managed Services Solutions, Mike Coccimiglio

As WatServ’s first employee, Mike has been with the company since the cloud was in its infancy. Responsible for the infrastructure and application support teams, as well as daily operations, Mike is passionate about increasing efficiencies using technology. With a 15-year history in IT, Mike previously worked in large corporate settings including OpenText. Mike oversees a global team of service delivery experts and his approach is to provide multiple paths for customers to achieve their ideal outcome.

Watserv Director, Cloud Services Sales, Aleks Hara

Before joining WatServ in 2019, Aleks spent five years at Softchoice, working exclusively with Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure and Office 365. Using a consultative and tailored approach, Aleks helped organizations of all sizes adopt the cloud, conduct efficient migrations, and run a secure, nimble, and disaster-proofed IT infrastructure. Prior to Softchoice, Aleks spent six years at Intact Insurance focusing on innovative quoting, underwriting and claims processing. At WatServ, he is focused on new business development and brings a deep understanding of what it takes to execute on time, on budget and with the most benefits for the client, as well as how technology can help businesses succeed.

Watserv Team Lead, Engineering, Miguel Silva

An experienced, multilingual IT infrastructure manager with a proven track record of success, Miguel works cross-functionally between WatServ’s solution architect and support teams to help manage infrastructure and support services delivery. This includes cloud technology improvement research, development and optimization and advising on cloud architecture and pricing. With experience in IT budget management, business planning, change management, QA and service desk management, Miguel brings extensive insight into business drivers and helps our clients develop IT strategies that align their IT infrastructure function with business requirements. 

Watserv VP, Application Services, Tyler Doerner

Tyler entered the Microsoft Dynamics channel in 2002, gaining experience with Microsoft Dynamics Partners in AX, GP, NAV and SL over many years. For several years, he also worked as an award-winning Client Account Manager with Desire2Learn’s enterprise sales team. In 2014, Tyler joined WatServ, bringing with him knowledge from the channel and an ability to help customers maximize their benefits from Dynamics in the Cloud engagements. Tyler is now responsible for the sales of Application Services.
