On March 8, 2021, WatServ celebrated International Women’s Day by sponsoring and attending The WIT Network’s third annual conference.
As a proud member of The WIT Network, WatServ has supported the event for the past two years.

For 2021, The WIT Network conference was centered on the global theme #ChooseToChallenge and created a space to discuss topics like workplace equity, diversity, leadership, change, power and potential. A common thread throughout the day was to remind women they have a right to a seat at the table, and if there isn’t a seat available, to drag one up and challenge the status quo.
Speakers included Gavriella Schuster (Microsoft), Meredith Hovarter (Nintex), Kate Wood (Pockets Consultancy), Miri Rodriguez (Microsoft), David Copeland (Jabra), Brandy Richards (Insight), Christine Bongard (The WIT Network) and Corinne Sharp (The WIT Network), along with inspirational speakers Mary Hunter, Winnie Fritz, Hope McMath and Eash Bawa.
The conference also featured networking sessions at the beginning and end of the day, which was a unique opportunity for participants to meet others.
